By accessing or using Slope Search ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Slope Search is a free ski resort comparison tool. We aggregate publicly available information from ski resorts and ticket vendors and present it in a single search interface so you can compare options.

Slope Search does not sell lift tickets directly. When you make a purchase, you do so on the resort's or vendor's site, subject to their own terms.

We work to keep prices, trail counts, and other resort details current and accurate, but information is provided "as is" and may not reflect real-time pricing, availability, or conditions. Always confirm details with the resort or vendor before purchasing or traveling.

Slope Search is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from reliance on information displayed on the Service.

You agree to use Slope Search only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Service.

You may not scrape, mirror, reverse-engineer, or otherwise extract data from Slope Search at scale without our prior written permission. Automated access that materially impacts the Service is prohibited.

The Slope Search name, logo, design, code, and aggregated content are owned by Slope Search and protected by intellectual property laws. Resort names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Personal, non-commercial use of the Service is granted to you free of charge. Any other use requires written permission.

Slope Search contains links to third-party sites, including resort and ticket vendor pages. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those sites. Your interactions with third-party sites are governed by their terms.

Slope Search is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information shown is complete or accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slope Search and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits, lost data, or travel decisions made in reliance on Slope Search.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
